Andrae Belfon is a highly-skilled Civil Engineer Surveyor and Quantity Surveyor with over twenty years of experience in the construction industry and a high aptitude and knowledge of construction in the built environment; specializing in civil engineering surveying/topographical surveying, site setting-out, quantity surveying and project management on civil and building construction projects.
In addition, he is certified by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) as a contract administrator utilizing the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC) Suite of Contracts on various construction and civil engineering projects.

Andrae Belfon Contractors Ltd (ABC Ltd) is a Design & Build company of highly-skilled Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Civil, Surveying and Structural Engineers with over sixty years of combined experience in the construction industry. As consultants and contractors, we provide comprehensive sustainable, professional services across Grenada- spanning every stage from inception to completion. We possess a high aptitude and knowledge of construction in the local environment.
Skills Training
The Andrae Belfon Centre provides Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) through CVQ/NVQ Direct Skills Training and Assessment of Prior Learning. We are accredited by the National Training Agency and offer numerous courses from Levels 1 through 4.

Andrae Belfon
Andrae is the founder and visionary behind ABC Ltd. He has extensive experience with Quantity Surveying and is a highly-skilled Civil Engineering Surveying Technician with a high aptitude and knowledge of Construction & the Built Environment. He has over twenty (20) years experience in the construction industry and is skilled at procurement, tendering and contract administration, and working with the FIDIC Suite of Contracts on construction and civil engineering projects.

New Horizons, a faith-based charity, testifies that ABC is a company committed to more than just doing “business.” ABC cares about developing the lives of people in the Grenadian community in which they operate. In 2016, they addressed the problem of substandard living of a senor citizen who lived in a corrugated galvanized shed by constructing a 20 ft. by 14 ft. house. Actually, on hearing of our building project they made the initial contact and volunteered to do the construction. They journey with us from the first site visit to the handing over of the keys.
